Thanks for letting me know how much you like it. That makes my day! I was really hoping this would make it easier for folks to find a few more good low oxalate products.

Where do you live? I beleive Glutino pretzels and Cream of Rice are available in most of the US and Canada — at least in the larger cities. I’m planning on doing a Canandian version of the store next, but it will probably be a lot smaller and might take a while since some of the same products are marketed under different names in Cananda. I also believe a number of these products are available in Mexico . . . Anywhere else in the world is a different story. Some of these products are marketed in the UK and other parts of Europe, but often under different names and sometimes with different ingredients. You may be able to research a product I’ve listed and find one near you that has the same or similar ingredients. I buy a generic store brand of coconut milk that has the same ingredient list as Chaokoh minus the preservatives, so I’m pretty sure it also has 0 mg. oxalate (it’s the guar gum that raises the oxalate level to 5 or 6 mg. per half cup for some brands of coconut milk like Tai Kitchen).
Good luck!
