Both groups are actively testing new foods and have found a reputable scientist, Dr. Michael Liebman, who is conducting the testing using the latest testing methods. Links to these two sources are found in the note at the bottom of the above article.

Cooking for a family can be hard if everyone isn’t on the low oxalate diet (or a medium oxalate diet). I find it’s easiest to cook a low oxalate main meal and add a few higher oxalate flourishes when necessary to keep other members of the family happy, while I stick to the low oxalate choices. I just don’t have the time or energy to make separate meals. If you occasionally want to please other family members with a higher oxalate main meal, that might be a night for you to eat low oxalate left-overs.

I am on a low oxalate diet, and find it hard to cook for myself while trying to make meals for my family. I just discovered this site, and it has some very helpful information! Where did you get info on oxalate content?
Thanks Again!
