Resources For the Low Oxalate Diet

The Low Oxalate Diet can be difficult for many reasons, but the hardest reason by far for me is the lack of good quality, easily accessible information (don’t even get me started about the lack of research support by trained scientists!)  I’ve created this resource page to help you find the resources and support that may help you succeed.  If you know of other resources that may be helpful or if you own a blog with quality low oxalate information, recipes or stories please let me know so I can add them to my list!

Please note this page is under construction and still needs lots of work.  Thanks for your patience!  I decided to go ahead and publish it before completion, so you can begin to find the help you need.

Peer-reviewed Scientific Oxalate Articles that are Lay Person Friendly:

Most of the primary scientific literature about oxalate is incomprehensible for anyone without a biochemistry degree, but some is readable and perhaps comprehensible for an educated audience.  From now on, whenever I come across a peer-reviewed scientific article that is generally readable for educated people (or at least more readable than most), I will try to post a link here.
